Nature of the service

BetInsidR is sports-data analysis, portfolio-tracking and bankroll-management software. It is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets or hold customer funds, and does not provide financial or investment advice. Insights, statistics and suggested units do not guarantee any result or profit.

Account and permitted use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. The service is intended only for adults who may lawfully use sports-related analytical content in their country. You may not resell, scrape, automate access to, or redistribute protected content without written permission.

Plans, trial and billing

Each currently available paid plan is offered at EUR 29.90 per month or EUR 290 per year and begins with a 7-day free trial. The exact plan, total price, billing interval, trial end and first charge date are shown again before you approve payment in Stripe Checkout. At the end of the trial, the selected subscription renews automatically for the chosen billing interval until cancelled. Stripe processes payment details; BetInsidR does not store full card data.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the subscription settings and Stripe customer portal. Cancelling during the free trial prevents the first recurring charge. Later cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally remains available until the end of the already paid billing period.

Refunds

We do not offer voluntary refunds for an already started or completed billing period, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may maintain or update the service and its content. Temporary interruption may occur. We may change future prices or these terms with advance notice where required; a price change does not apply retroactively to an already paid billing period.

Risk and liability

Sports-market decisions can result in financial loss and remain entirely your responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rules, we are not responsible for losses caused by betting decisions made using the service.

Complaints and governing law

Send complaints to hello@betinsidr.com. We will handle them under applicable Hungarian consumer-protection rules. Hungarian law governs these terms, without depriving an EEA consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Consumers may also contact the competent conciliation body or consumer-protection authority.
